Eligibility & Selection for 2025/26
Returning Athletes:
If you were selected during the 2024/25 season, your selection continues for 2025/26. Please complete a new Varsity Contract, obtain a new annual Medical Athletic Physical, and submit it before the first training.

Try-Outs (New & Progressing Students):

New students to ARIS (all eligible year groups)
Students moving Year 6 → Year 7
Students moving Year 9 → Year 10
Students moving Year 4 → Year 5

Swimming:
Dress Code: See acceptable swimwear
Additional Gear: All swimmers must bring their swim cap, goggles, flip flops, towel, cover-up/hoodie, water bottle, and any shower toiletries such as (towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen). Proper swimming attire and equipment are required to try out. During the tryouts, swimmers will be evaluated on their freestyle speed, stroke technique, and endurance. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, competition swimwear will be sold directly to select athletes for personal use.

 

Step 1: Read the Athlete Code of Conduct, Uniform Contract and game calendar linked below. 

Please be aware that game and tournament dates may change due to external circumstances. We will let you know of any updates as they come up.

Step 2: Obtain a new annual Medical Athletic Physical, and submit it to the School Nurse before the first training.

Step 3: Review the designated tryout and practice schedule for your ward’s year group below.

Step 4: Read, sign and submit the digital Select Varsity Contract for each student below.
