Varsity

 

Eligibility & Selection for 2026/27

The ARIS Varsity Sports Programme provides students in Primary, Middle School, and High School with opportunities to represent the school in competitive sports. Through annual tryouts, coaches assess athletic ability, skills, teamwork, and commitment before selecting students for the appropriate varsity teams. The programme promotes excellence, sportsmanship, leadership, and Eagle pride both on and off the field.
Swimming:
Dress Code: See acceptable swimwear
Additional Gear: All swimmers must bring their swim cap, goggles, flip flops, towel, cover-up/hoodie, water bottle, and any shower toiletries such as (towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen). Proper swimming attire and equipment are required to try out. During the tryouts, swimmers will be evaluated on their freestyle speed, stroke technique, and endurance. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, competition swimwear will be sold directly to select athletes for personal use.

Sat, 29 Aug: 8:00–10:00 am (Burma Camp) – No ARIS Bus
Practices

Mon & Thu: 6:00–7:30 am (A&C Mall, East Legon – Parents drop off at A&C Mall; ARIS bus transports students to school.)
Wed: 1:30–4:30 pm (Burma Camp – ARIS Bus)
Sat: 8:00–10:00 am (Burma Camp – No ARIS Bus. Parents drop off and pick up.)
