The ARIS leadership team recently gathered at the beautiful Royal Senchi for an enriching SMT (Senior Management Team) retreat. This annual event provides a valuable opportunity for our Heads of School, Heads of Department, and administrative leaders to come together, reflect on the previous year, and chart the course for the year ahead.

Our primary focus this year was diving deeper into our enrichment and enhancement program for our highly able, gifted, and talented learners. Recognizing the unique needs and immense potential of these exceptional students, we are committed to elevating their learning experiences and empowering them to reach new heights.

To that end, we were honored to have expert facilitator Anita Churchville lead an insightful workshop during our retreat. Through collaborative discussions and forward-thinking ideation, we strategized and innovated new approaches to support our most gifted scholars. The energy in the room was palpable as our team exchanged ideas, challenged assumptions, and explored innovative ways to foster the growth and success of our brightest minds.

We are thrilled to take these strategic developments back and put them into action. Investing in the future of our highly able learners is a top priority for the ARIS community, and this SMT retreat has equipped us with the tools and the collective determination to make a lasting impact.
