ARIS CAS Students Bring Clean Water to Saltpond

Moved by what they witnessed in Ekumfi, a group of ARIS students launched a CAS project to fund a borehole in Saltpond, where access to clean water is limited. When a large-scale event wasn’t feasible, they pivoted to a focused fundraiser, raising GHS 69,000 with support from partners DPS Pipes and Fairway Ghana.  Construction began in April 2025, drilling to 200 meters and successfully striking water. Despite challenges, the team showed leadership, resilience, and a commitment to real-world impact.  Clean water transforms health, time, and opportunity. We’re incredibly proud of these student changemakers.
