Over two inspiring days, the ARIS Leadership Team came together for our JUMP! Leadership Retreat—a time to reflect, grow, collaborate, and strengthen our shared leadership journey. Together, we explored what it truly means to lead by asking powerful questions: How do we define leadership? What does it look like to practice leadership for everyone, every day, everywhere?

Through meaningful conversations, self-reflection, and collaborative learning, our leaders deepened their understanding of themselves, one another, and the impact they have on our school community. As we prepare for a new academic year, we are committed to leading with purpose, building belonging, and creating a culture where every member of our community is empowered to make a positive difference.
