Duke of Edinburgh Expedition 2026: No technology. No shortcuts. Just courage, teamwork, and growth.  

Our ARIS students embraced the true spirit of the Duke of Edinburgh Expedition in Amedzofe & Trident Island (Volta Region). They hiked through challenging terrain, built their own tents, and learned essential survival skills, all while disconnecting from technology and reconnecting with nature and each other.

From recovering from an overturned kayak to abseiling off a bridge, every moment pushed them to develop resilience, confidence, and leadership. These are the experiences that shape character and prepare our students for life beyond the classroom while supporting their IB CAS journey.
