ARIS coaches began an exciting professional learning journey with Mark Hull, Director of International Development at the 3D Institute, during the first day of the 3Dimensional Coaching workshop.

The session focused on how coaches can develop stronger teams by going beyond technical training and competition strategies. Through the 3D Coaching framework, coaches explored how mindset, resilience, relationships, and character development play a critical role in shaping successful athletes and teams.

At ARIS, athletics is about more than performance on the field—it is about building leaders, fostering connection, and helping students develop the character and confidence needed to thrive in sport and in life. Day One encouraged coaches to reflect on their role as mentors who guide student-athletes not only in skill development but also in personal growth.

This professional learning experience reflects the Vision 2030 pillar ARIS Leads, empowering coaches to inspire, guide, and support the next generation of ARIS Eagles.
