Our recent ARIS Staff Inset Day brought the community together for a full day of connection, learning, and professional growth as we continue strengthening our commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

The day began with an energising breakfast gathering that allowed colleagues to reconnect and build stronger relationships across teams. Staff then participated in collaborative activities and professional sessions focused on AI in education, wellbeing, data protection, and professional development.

These sessions created meaningful opportunities for reflection, skill-building, and sharing best practices that support both student success and staff wellbeing.

The day also included moments of fun and celebration, with an unforgettable dance-off that brought energy and laughter to the room, with Dr Fatma truly stealing the show.
