IBCP Class of 2026 Meet the HR: Real Conversations, Real Growth

Our IBCP Year 13 students recently participated in an engaging “Meet the HR” session, where learning moved beyond the classroom and into real-world professional practice.

As part of the Personal and Professional Skills (PPS) theme of Effective Communication, students connected with experienced professionals from our wider community to practise interview techniques, strengthen communication skills, and receive valuable real-time feedback.

This experiential learning opportunity allowed students to build confidence, professionalism, and workplace readiness, preparing them for the expectations of university, internships, and future careers. By engaging in authentic conversations with industry professionals, students gained practical insight into how communication, self-presentation, and critical thinking play a vital role in professional success.

We extend our sincere thanks to the professionals who generously shared their time and expertise:

Mr Ghassan Kiki, Managing Director, Fairway & Rafimex
Mme Esenam, Human Resources, Fairway
Mme Araba Adjei, Human Resources, ARIS
Mr Patrick Mattouk, Managing Director, Paloma Hotel
Mr Dominic Kobina Forson, University and Career Guidance Counsellor, ARIS
Their mentorship created a meaningful learning experience that reflects how ARIS prepares students for life beyond school through authentic engagement and community partnership.

We are proud of our students for stepping forward, asking thoughtful questions, and embracing the opportunity to grow.
