Over four impactful days, ARIS engaged in a meaningful cycle of reflection, dialogue, and strategic alignment as part of our ongoing commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

Days 1 and 2 were dedicated to strategic sessions with the ARIS Board, focusing on the school’s vision, direction, and long-term priorities. These discussions helped clarify the pathway forward as ARIS continues to strengthen its position as a leading international school.

Days 3 and 4 brought the process onto campus through collaborative workshops with our Leadership Team, staff, students, and parents. Facilitated by Simon Gillespie, Ed.D., these sessions created space for open dialogue and collective reflection.

Through focused student, parent, and staff focus groups, members of the ARIS community shared valuable insights, experiences, and ideas that will directly inform the next phase of the school’s development.

This process reflects ARIS at its best—an inclusive community where voices are heard, perspectives are valued, and decisions are shaped through collaboration and intentional growth.
