​LCS collaborates with ARIS and National Forestry Commission to preserve wildlife

LCS teachers, Barbara Bilgre and Eric Boateng, are spearheading a wildlife and environmental preservation project with their students in collaboration with the Forestry Commission of Ghana and Al Rayyan International School (ARIS), another IB school in Accra.

LCS CAS students will be partnering with ARIS CAS students on this community development project for the Solo Monkey Forest, as well as on smaller service projects.

Students from the two schools met at ARIS premises in East Legon for their first meeting to discuss the proposed monkey sanctuary initiative.
