ARIS Welcomes Mr. Trumper

ARIS is pleased to introduce the new Head of Secondary, Mr. Trevor Trumper. Mr. Trumper is the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator and Head of the ARIS Secondary School.

Mr. Trumpers’ IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) experience dates from 1982. He has been involved with the IBDP in a variety of roles in all of the IB regions, including English A Literature teacher and examiner, TOK teacher, Coordinator, examiner and team leader, CAS Coordinator, Workshop Leader, IBDP Coordinator, IBO Subject Area Manager (Economics, Philosophy, Visual Arts, Music, Theatre, School-based Syllabuses, Theory of Knowledge, and a range of pilot programmes that have now become mainstream subjects). From 1997 to 2002 he was the Diploma Programme Manager worldwide, with overall responsibility for curriculum development in the DP. In addition to his current responsibilities as an examiner, he functions from time to time as a reader and consultant for schools engaged in the DP authorization process.
