Year One B pupils got "Lucky" in their new Unit of Inquiry. Their new friend Lucky has recently been going home with year 1 students to visit their home and get introduced to students' cultures, values and responsibilities at home. Some of the home activities are: doing homework together, eating dinner, chores, and getting ready for bed.

When Lucky returns, the class is always eager to hear his host read their journal entries aloud to the class, and they especially love seeing the pictures of what Lucky did while he was away!
