CAS Float Your Boat

Float Your Boat is a new exciting CAS project for the IB1(Year 12) in partnership with the 360 environment organisation. Many schools are participating in the project, and it will take place on the 30th of March.

Float Your Boat will have two boats for each school. The 18 IB1 students will be separated in two groups of 9. Five students from each team will participate in the race (two on the boat at a time) all the members of each team will build the boat.

The teams have use 80% of recycled water bottles in building the boat.

Each team will be awarded in four (4) categories:

- name of the team
- costumes
- design of the boat
- the final performance
