Time with Franka; Writing is like a Frozen Meal

On the 7th of March, 2017 a day after Ghana celebrated the 60th anniversary some select students from the year 3,4,5,and 6 took part in a writing workshop at the Primary School library themed “ Writing is like a frozen meal” with focus on Short Stories and Children’s Stories : Style and Imagery.

This workshop was sphere headed by renowned Author for Smartline Publishers and owner of Cuppa Cappuccino , Madam Franka-Maria Andoh author of Dokono the Donkey, Koku the Cockerel, I have time and other stories just to mention a few.
Students were as excited as they had the opportunity to write short stories using not more than four lines and two characters the Hunter and the Lion.

They had the opportunity to write another story using the potato and other vegetables as characters and this was where the imagination of the Students went wild. Students produced very interesting stories citing plot, setting, and characters. It was a wonderful time spent with Franka!
