Congratulations! MISE Math Olympiad and Research Programme

Aug 8, 2018

Congratulations to Mohammad Ali Arif, Abrahim Toutoungi and Zeynep Kunt, our ARIS Eagles on their participation this summer at the MISE Research Programme and earlier this year at the Math Olympiad Programme. Out of an initial 2000 participants, there were 15 that were able to qualify to the MISE Research Programme.

The MISE Research Programme is one which provides opportunity to gifted students in Africa to conduct cutting-edge research in the areas of Computer Science and Engineerng to create innovative technology out of their love for Math. The Math Olympiad Programme is another programme, which is an intense problem-solving bootcamp for the brightest Mathematicians in Ghana to prepare them for the International Math Olympiad.

No easy feat! Our students have spent time working so hard to learn more and be pushed beyond boundaries, and we are so proud.

Zeynep Kunt blazed the trail for Girls in Math, Computer Science and Robotics; Abrahim Toutoungi was third in the overall MISE Research qualifiers; Mohammad Ali Arif being the first in the Math Olympiad represented not just ARIS but Ghana in the International Math Olympiad in Romania!

Our Eagles are soaring to newer heights with each passing day! We wish them the best!
