Homowo Ghanaian Tradition, A Playgroup Inquiry

Last week, our Playgroup students were inquiring into Homowo Ghanaian Tradition! They all took turns in pounding and mixing ingredients, as they learnt about cultures.

This week, they are still on the How We Express Ourselves enquiry, and they are learning about Lebanese Food Culture!

The students experienced the process of dough making to making zaatar, which is a Lebanese food. They also tasted Lebanese sweets!

Experiential learning is important for all students; however, for Playgroup, at their early age, the retention of the learning through their experiences have an unimaginable impact!
