ARIS at AISA Conference, Dakar

Oct 22, 2018

At ARIS, we encourage our students to learn foreign languages since this exposes them to different cultures as well as different linguistic systems, thereby enabling an understanding of diversities and similarities in communities around the world. We believe that intercultural awareness, understanding and competence are not only essential skills for modern life and work, but that they are intrinsically of value. In every student is a potential diplomat. In company with the varieties of English represented in the ARIS community, we also offer Arabic, French, and Hindi.

Beside the routine weekly schedule, ARIS runs an Arabic Language Saturday programme. This programme caters to more than 100 students who attend other schools in Ghana. In addition to the benefits gained by the students who participate, it is an important way of supporting and strengthening our local connections. Please contact us for more information.
