Blended Learning in our classroom!

Mr. Jones, one of our most talented PYP Facilitators had attended an AISA Blended Learning Workshop a few months ago. Upon completion of the workshop, ARIS had already been informally using the blended learning strategies through innovative instructional strategies.

Here’s a peak into Year 2 learning Math through a Blended Learning strategy, know as the rotation model. The use of the Blackboard along with digital tools is the heart of the blended learning approach, as it couples the triumphs of the traditional and new methods of education. Each student had a laptop on one side, while their little whiteboards were on their other side to solve Math equations.
