PYP Reception Visit MaxMart ARIS Cares Day

On ARIS Cares Day (14th Feb), our little Reception students went on a Field trip to the Max Mart Bakery!

They went and saw how bakers make all the sweet treats that we all love so much. From cakes, to cupcakes to cookies and more. On Valentines Day, the task is a big one as there is more demand for confectioneries. The students spoke to the main personnel and even took part in the whisking and more.

As their unit is on food, this was a great learning trip. Moreover, this gives them an opportunity to understand the larger scheme of things, the bulk production of foods!

They even made sweet little ARIS Cares Day cards to hand to the people they met. All in all, a fun day.
