Indian Republic Day

Jan 29, 2019

ARIS prides itself for being a community of a multitude of cultures and nationalities! On this Indian Republic Day (26th January), the day that India adopted its Constitution, ARIS was one of the schools that performed at the function!

Our dear Jasmine and our Performing Arts Facilitator performed an enthusiastic Ghanaian dance, which topped their previous year’s Indian folk dance performance! Along with the traditional drums, they danced as the audience watched in awe the choreography and coordination.

Two of our students from Secondary school also performed to a medley of Indian patriotic songs. One of the student performers was also Lebanese which really speaks bounds about our embracing of various other cultures and our students' international mindedness.

Here’s to more visibility of ARIS to the outside community!
