PYP Year 5 Mindfulness
Mindfulness and Well-being has become a big take in the Education world, and ARIS is at the forefront of promoting this within our own community!
Dr. Funke, our Head of Counseling and Support, has been holding workshops across the Primary and the Secondary campus to get us to think about our well-being! This week’s workshop was with the Year 5 students. They engaged in their well-being session about emotions.
For their activity, they drew cartoon expressions that would represent various emotions for when they are happy, sad, confused, angry, scared of calm. They were also asked to reflect about the times that they felt this way and what they do when they feel this way to allow for introspection!
