Relaxation and Movement Activity. To get his day started, PYP Year 4 Eagle, Ali takes part in some relaxation and movement activity, with his fantastic facilitator!

These activities are important as they are a way to students’ minds and bodies, in a relaxed state, which ensures that optimal learning takes place. It de-stresses the mind and body and it is also a fun activity to get involved in.

A few breathing exercises, sensory exercises, or even a simple song will do!
