Literacy Integration in ARIS

In ARIS the integration of literacy is very important. It is not only so that the students know how to read and write, but also so that they know how to properly engage and understand texts from any discipline and in any context.

Literacy is integrated into ARIS through events such as bookworm week, activities such as storytime sessions and everyday activities in the class! All these activities inspire and empower students with the necessary tools to navigate in the world of words and texts of any kind!

Through inquiry, collaboration and creativity, PYP Year 2 students during their literacy integration session, created Noun pockets to identify the different examples of nouns!
