Mind Maps with PYP Year 6
More often than not, our minds are full of a variety of thoughts that sometimes overwhelm us.
As such for Primary Wellbeing today, PYP Year 6 worked on using Mind Maps to organize their thoughts. This formed part of their inquiry into the Me, Myself and I Module of the ARIS Personalised Wellbeing Model, discussing the topic "Managing my thoughts".
Using models of the brain, students were tasked to track their thoughts for the week and indicate the subjects that take up their thoughts. They also shared what they would like to change with regards to the subjects that take up their thoughts and organize them in such a way that they can have more head space for different thoughts!
The benefits of Mind Maps are immense! You can try it too!
