Nine central concepts in Economics IBDP-1 HL Economics

The Year 12 HL Economics students made a rap song using the nine central concepts at the heart of the economics syllabus. The syllabus incorporates the use of the nine concepts: scarcity; choice; efficiency; equity; economic well-being, sustainability, change, interdependency, and intervention to the overarching pedagogy of concept-based learning. The concept-based learning approach is to get the students enthusiastic to explore and deepen their understanding of the subject.

The Students developed the lyrics, beats, and sounds independently as part of their initiative to remember the concepts.
