ARIS Highlights of the Week

A quick recap of what has happened this week and last week as we prepared to welcome the eagles to the 22/23 Academic Year:

• NEO Training 22/23: The New Eagle Orientation Training was the time for new staff that has joined the team to acclimatize to the ethos of ARIS, the different programmes we offer as a school and connected with the existing staff!
• New Family Orientation: The PYP Families were taken through the PYP programme by the Head of Primary School, Mme Evon!
• SMT Retreat 22/23: The best way to start anything is to plan, and our team has got it locked in! The Senior Management Team kicked off the 22/23 Academic Year with a retreat to plan and strategize!
• PYP Staff Sports Activities: To start off the year, PYP facilitators took part in workshops and as part of the workshops they engaged in some fun sporting activities to work on their teamwork!
• Lance King in ARIS! : Renowned author, teacher, and workshop facilitator, Lance King came to ARIS with a series of workshops for MYP Eagles, staff, and parents, focusing mainly on ATL Skills.
• Taking Care of Business Week 22/23: For uniforms, books, and all you will need to start the school year, Taking Care of Business Week was the place to be!
• Welcome Back Eagles! : Summer break is over, and the Eagles are back for the 2022/2023 Academic Year!
• This year, we aim to redesign our system to optimize learning and wellbeing through reflection and action! It's going to be a blast!
