Ayekoo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah!

Today ARIS celebrated a man who believed in the empowerment and transformation of not only Ghana but also of Africa, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah!

Through singing and drumming, the students honored the memory of Ghana's first president. In addition, all students and staff came to school clad in African Print clothes!

For homeroom time, PYP Eagles watched a short documentary on Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and as an activity, they linked the IB Learner Profiles to his character!
