The Concept Based Curriculum and Instruction for the Thinking  Classroom led by Ruba Abi Saab Erickson and Lanning Certified Trainer and Presenter was an eye opener holding many AHA moments of how knowledge and process are interconnected in a Thinking Classroom. The focus was to use topics and skills as a foundation to reach deep understandings. It was put into practice through a literacy demo lesson to help facilitators make meaningful connections to the workshop's content. Kudos to the Thinking Teachers on board who are always ready to learn and unlearn!
